His earlier roles at broker dealers, advisory firms, and insurance companies, honed his expertise in client services and implementation innovation.

Javier holds an Associate of Science in Computer Visualization Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Anaheim, California, and has foundational knowledge in aviation as a student commercial pilot.
