Known for her dependability and strong internal and external relationship-building skills, she is dedicated to helping team members excel and fostering collaborative, high-performing environments. Her work centers on optimizing operations, enhancing HR practices and supporting organizational growth through efficient processes and people-focused leadership.

Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and exploring the local area with my family and our miniature dachshund. As a military spouse, she is passionate about helping other military families find joy, confidence and purpose in their new—and sometimes uncertain—environments.
