Earlier in her career, Melinda served as a client service manager, where she acted as the primary liaison between clients and advisors, known for building lasting relationships through proactive support and efficient solutions. She also spent nearly a decade in operational leadership within the lending industry, managing multi-branch operations, mentoring emerging leaders and implementing customer-focused process improvements that elevated service and compliance standards.
